A scrum-half in the Lions system since 2024, with six URC appearances across two seasons, almost all from the bench and averaging around four minutes an outing. Tall for a nine at 183 centimetres. He sits fourth in a scrum-half group containing a Springbok and an Under-20 world champion, which limits opportunity but says something about the standard he trains against daily.
