A compact, powerful centre who has been in the Lions system since 2022. Jonker played one match and thirteen minutes in the 2025/26 URC season, competing for places in a midfield containing Erich Cronje and Henco van Wyk. At twenty-six he is in the prime years of the position, and his continued squad place reflects his value as a reliable option across three competitions.
