An experienced tighthead who brings set-piece expertise and considerable physicality. Schoeman played eight matches and 503 minutes for the Fidelity ADT Lions in the 2026 Currie Cup, making 42 metres from fifteen gain-line carries with one offload and seven passes. His value is in the scrum rather than around the field, and in a front-row group containing several players in their early twenties he is also a mentor.
